 Officially announced, that there is no problems with accommodation in Ukraine during the the soccer championship EURO 2012. "We have enough rooms, but there are questions concerning reporting this information to the foreign fans", Director of UEFA Euro 2012 in Ukraine Markiyan Lubkivsky says at the press conference in Kyiv on Thursday, 31 of January. Lubkivsky said that for the period of the championship less than 20% of the hotel rooms and another accommodation places are reserved by tourist agencies today in Ukrainian cities that host Euro 2012. The head of the Euro 2012 local organizing committee said that 80% of the fans are searching for the budget accommodation of the lowest category in Ukraine. The same time already now usual Ukrainian people, who are looking for rent some accomodation in big cities, like Kyiv or Donetsk, consern huge increasing of rental fee. There is information from first hands, that prices for rent the rooms or flats in Kyiv have been doubled during Janyary 2012. Anyway, it is clear, that rent agencies will try to make as much money on this event. Also, foreigners should fear frauds in this questions. The best way here is to book room in well known hotel, but the prices there will be quite expensive. For those comers, who are looking for some democracy prices, better to look or some friends, who can help them to rent a room or a flat.
